...Never has the trademark phlegmy wheeze of William S.Burroughs' voice
sounded so appropriate. After a two year absence, Sperm Records
recording artists Yum Yum are back with a mindbending new track entitled
'Heavy Fluid'. A spacious beatscape oozes out of the speakers and flows
like some champion psychedelic dub session relocated at Twilo. Yum Yum
(Richard Schiessl and Andy Chatterley) first came to release in 1994 on
their own label Sperm Records. '3 Minute Warning', 'Let Me Go',
'Freebass', 'The Vision' and 'Glasshouse' firmly stamped their trade
mark sound on the hard house progressive scene back in the day. Two
years later after an absence of working together which saw Sperm shoot
out its final release, Yum Yum are reunited.
