| Writer-composer-performer from the region of Montreal, Kr stan falls |
| within the alternative pop-rock tradition. Influenced by British |
| rock and the gothic movement of the 1980s, he started his creative |
| work with traditional rock orchestration (drums, bass guitar, guitar |
| and singing), in which sound effects and atmospheric tracks were |
| predominant. Inspired by classical music, Kr stan later perfected |
| his arrangement technique, composing, among others, instrumental |
| pieces with several guitars. The resulting eclectic style is |
| differentiated by the predominance of the electric guitarsÆ |
| melodies. |
