"You gotta love the house!". This is what DJ Mehdi told Riton when he
invited him for a tour of the Chicago ghetto music he's been stashing
for 3 years, waiting for the good moment to reveal. And this is exactly
what happened: British grand master DJ and producer Riton moved in, and
wanted to never leave. He loved the house, they loved the house. They
got married and lived very happily during the years of 2009/10. Their
brainchild was born: Everybody welcomed Carte Blanche. And they weren't
the only ones. Ed Banger honcho Busy P snatched the mp3's that were
bouncing backand forth accross the Channel for a soon release on the
label. The result? Five tracks of neck-breaking breaks, a shout-out to
the masters, with no nostalgia whatsoever. Mixed by big bass master
Alex Gopher, the record includes club monster 'Gare Du Nord' as well as
the catchy "Do! Do! Do!".
