McKellars spent several years practicing in church halls
and garages before graduating to the local club scene.
Moving to Los Angeles in 2005, the band received a boost
when several of their songs were featured in prime-time
television shows. That led to last year's self-titled
debut disc, which includes "Letters From The Sky".
