ok mate all u need to resync audio is this

1. take the avi and put into vlc and hit tools track resync and a box opens and u select either plus >>
or minus usually either go up 500 or 1000 s etc 1500 etc sec but try what ever u need till it seems in >>
sync {take note of number in s and remember it >>>>>> then next step below...........

2. u need this AVI mUx Megui so d/load this as u need it. just google it or if i get u msn i send u mine >>
if u like, install it .............once installed open it in top fdrag avi file into it ............ >>
.....then hit generate data source from files ...........this will open a video and audio from avi in >>
the big screen ............highlight audio and go to where it says delay to the right of it >>
................looks like this delay[ms]

this is where u add number from 1. once entered hit start ...........another box opens so just name it >>
whatever and start thats it .........prob take about 3 to 7 mins to resync and thats it mate >>
