If you have problem getting this patch to work on Vista/Win7 then try following:

1). Disable DEP or add AnyDVDtray.exe to the DEP exceptions also try run patch/AnyDVD as admin!

2). locate AnyDVD.lic on your system. In WinXP it's located here:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SlySoft

3). Delete references to zipfldra.dll in your registry database and
    delete the zipfldra.dll itself. You most likely need to delete
    the registry entry first then reboot and then delete the .dll
