1.  Do not PANIC!  this is not a fake.  you do not have to do funky things to make it work.  anyone familiar >>

2.  Unpack all the rars.  delete the rars or move the unpacked files to a different folder.  Run >>
setup.bat.  if you want to unpack the file yourself, feel free to do so, as this is all setup.bat does.
3.  You may now delete setup.bat, uharc.exe, and *.uha, if you so desire.  or keep it as a backup.  If >>
you are left with another rar, unpack it.  this is because uharc has a 2gb input file limit, so i needed >>
to break it into 2gb sized pieces.
4.  Enter the folder [name of game] which was just created.2.  Enter the folder [name of game] which >>
was just created, or mount the iso if an iso was created.
5.  Run (in this order, until one works) setup.exe, autorun.exe, install.exe; some games have >>
different setup exe's, once one works, stop!
6.  Install the game.
7.  If it *ever* asks if you want to install something other than the game, SAY NO! do not install directx. >>
do not install gamespy arcade. do not install phree german pr0n! (not that ive ever seen a game ask that). >>
if it says there is an error, click ignore or continue.  it will work, trust me.  it was an >>
unneccesary file that was ripped out.  if you need direct, go to www.directx.com and follow the instructions.
8.  Apply the crack (if there is any) in the aptly named crack or patch folder (if there are multiple >>
crack/patches, there will be a version number in the folder name.  apply the LOWEST version >>
patch/crack).  do this by copying it into the directory you installed the game to.  if windows asks you >>
if you want to overwrite, click yes.  run the game via the start menu.  if there is no crack or patch >>

9.  DO NOT UPDATE.  many n00bs phuck this up.  never update [unless you know what youre doing and have >>
