Notes:
lot of people were saying we should do encode of first source, so here we are. for us its Kind of New.
used latino source, crop,resize some usual stuff then smart bright the video, its major issue was noise >>
contant flicker
and noise. so first we remove flicker. its 99% gone. then we remove the noise.
put some sharp back to video. and unblur certain parts.
Now since we used latino source so it was missing subs, so we took the subtitles from our previous release,
Rewrite overlay and hardcoded on video. i hope i got them all..
then reSync digital audio to finish encode.

is this better then previous? well it was not BUT Now it is. you people download and enjoy ;)
and some should grab their poo bottles and get to blurring work... make sure you don't miss any spot >>
