││ there was a place to find, for example, old H2O releases. This or si │
││ milar posts have appeared quite frequently in the past, and the ques │
││ tion has never been satisfactorily answered. This is the reason for- │
││ this tool: it aims to answer this question more satisfactorily. This │
││ is still a wish of many, and so in 2024, everyone was gathered on a- │
││ Discord server (VASA = Vintage Audio Software Archive) to compile wh │
││ at could be collected. The entire collection was made publicly avail │
││ able on Archive.org in March 2024, which offers many advantages (e.g │
││ ., the option to download a large ISO file in smaller, split parts,- │
││ or even to mount the ISO online to access the raw data immediately). │
││ This tool succinctly summarizes what I'm explaining here. Current It │

││ on audioz anymore since the tool can now check for and download upd │
││ ates internally. therefore, this version only needs to be on audioz │

││ SECOND: how does a version jump from 1.1 to 2.0 come about? because │
││ it's a complete restart, affecting pretty much everything, with a m │
││ ain focus on: when i started programming a search + text zoom feat- │
││ ure into the respective lists, i stopped and thought about what had │
││ been objectively criticized. a minute later, i realized that an old │
││ -school disk explorer clone, which runs on every system, could hand │
││ le everything at once. i'm referring to a cataloging tool like the- │
││ one most people know as "whereisit." you scan a medium or folder on │
││ your local hard drive and then have all the files available in a sm │
││ all database, just like you're used to with windows explorer, inclu │
││ ding excellent organization and search functions, and tags like "re │
││ lease complete levels," which you can use after uploading to the fo │
││ lder. another feature is categories that you can apply to all previ │
││ ously available releases, such as listing only vst instruments or o │
││ nly keygens (since some still work today). that's it, anyway:the gr │
││ oup tabs are now only for downloading, and the main tab contains the │
││ agra tool "agraxplorer," including a complete database. after runnin │
││ g it, the data is copied to a folder of your choice on your pc (so t │
││ his only needs to be done once). to better understand this, i recomm │
││ end checking the help manuals (pdf/mp4). │
